Service that aims to define a new concept of solution, service, process, methodology or business model from the detection of needs and the definition of opportunities to reach the exact proposal tested and validated by the end customer or B2B customer.

Testing with consumer or real customer

We design and execute your tailor-made testing, focusing on the needs of your project, your product or solution. The test is carried out with real consumers. Testing through individual interviews in depth, or group interviews. Testing for different needs within the process of product development or solution (innovation, marketing).

Innovation dynamics

Working groups that find innovation solutions based on detected needs, opportunities. Solutions are generated in the form of new products, new services, new logistics processes, new technological processes or new business models.  Each dynamic lasts 4 or 5 days.

The Cingi-Foodlab is the right place for strategic innovation retreats where you can use resources such as an industrial kitchen, an auditorium, a tasting or innovation dynamics room, as well as the porch and the outdoor gardens.

At CINGI-Foodlab we have a fully equipped industrial kitchen to carry out tests of concept, prototypes and samples of new food products.

At the same time they can be validated by consumers or real customers since this kitchen is integrated into an auditorium and has an annex to a tasting room.

Testing with real consumer

We design and execute your tailor-made testing, focusing on the needs of your project, product or solution. The test is carried out with real consumers. Testers are untrained real consumers chosen according to the target you need. We have a large database of Foodlab testers.

Spaces available for testing: industrial kitchen with auditorium, tasting room and other CINGI-Foodlab spaces.

Innovation retreats

The Cingi-Foodlab is the right place for strategic innovation retreats where you can use resources such as industrial kitchen, auditorium, tasting room or innovation dynamics as well as the porch and the outdoor gardens.

According to your needs, we organize a program of innovation dynamics. We can introduce you to several options of partners or facilitators to carry them out.

If you do not want us to organize it, you can have the Cingi-Foodlab spaces to organize it as you consider better.
